Package kde-baseapps are obsolete. We will remove it with the time.
The new kde-baseapps packages are now available individually.
The KDE Team has split the kde-baseapps package and they are now separately
You found the new packages in the Repository:[Applications](https://github.com/pisilinux/main/tree/master/desktop/kde/applications)

keditbookmarks
kfind
konqueror
When you install one of this packages it remove the old kde-baseapps package automatically
