+Subject: [PATCH 13/14] Add "defaultmetric" as compatibility option name

+2.4.8 release introduced "defaultroute-metric" option but we patched
+a similar option called "defautlmetric" into previous releases.
+Simply adding the old option name and use dfl_route_metric from the new
+option.
