- install_pkg_files() returns None imlicitly while returning "False"
...
for an error. Make it to return True if all goes well :).
- "from index import Index" is not necessary in functions. Index is
imported at the top of the module.

Eray, please check DepInfo.satisfies for correctnes.
...
In the old version it would only return False if the last control
(releseTo) fails. I'm pretty sure this is not what you want.
An other issue is pkg_name parameter. It isn't used in the function.

setup.py dosyamızı düzenledim.

Ek olarak dışarıdan test edenlerin kullanmaları için bir version'a svn
revision'ı ekleyen bir kod koydum.
Buradan setup.py sdist ile tar arşivi oluşturup dağıttığımızda insanlar
hangi svn sürümünden oluşturulmuş pisi'yi kullandığını da görmüş
olurlar. Tabi bu özelliği ileride kaldırırız ya da
değiştiririz. Şimdilik güzel olur diye düşündüm :).
Daha önce distutils kullanmamış olanlar için:
$ sudo python setup.py install
pisi'yi sisteme kurar
$ python setup.py sdist
bir tar arşivi oluşturup 'dist' dizinine yerleştirir.
