hacky yola güle güle, libtool'ları düzeltme işi libtool'a port edildi. Fakat ÖNEMLİ NOT: libtool pisinin şu an olduğu gibi INSTALL_DIR ve WORK_DIR env. değişkenlerini export ettiğini varsayarak yamalandı, o kısımdaki değişiklikler libtool yamasınında değişmesini gerektirecek...

* temporarily ignore file conflicts in upgrades, in upgrade plan the presence of an actual file conflict is conveyed by "conflicts" tags. it is a package error. this should fix#2911, because during upgrades, temporary and insignificant file conflicts may happen. after the whole operation ends, no file conflicts remain. this happens for instance when a file has moved from package a to b, and both packages must be upgraded.

* reinstall, install, remove paths: - if there are changes in the config file, keep them, store new config file with ".new" prefix in that case. don't ask me why it took this many changes. all tested well.
