Ön tanımlıları grupla ve öntanımlıların seçilmesini Config sınıfından

soyutla. Bu hali ile daha iyi oldu sanırım. ConfParser sınıflarını
configfile.py içerisine taşıyacağım sonra. Şimdilik burada kalsın.
