.a dosyaları içerisinde buildno hesabını bozan timestamp'leri 0 ile pad'liyoruz artık..

bir süre deneyelim, sorun çıkarsa clean_ar_timestamps fonksiyonuna bağlantığı koparırız, her şey eski haline döner.
