Daha önce kafamı karıştıran şeyi buldum.

actionsapi'nin build/install dizini dışında başka bir konumdan dosyaya/dizine
ihtiyaç duymaması gerekiyor. Dolayısı ile libtoolize() fonksiyonu yanlış.
Bir yama yapılacaksa, bırakalım PisiBuild işini yapsın...
